Participants will be introduced to Agile practices and learn the process all while creating a phone prototype. Participants will see examples of how Agile practices can be taught and utilized in the classroom, and come up with ways to implement them in their own classroom. It is my goal that each teacher walks out with a new alternative method to use for project management.
